“Our busiest time for buyer inquires is usually around January”, says John Crayford, Intelligent’s Business Sales Director, “but over the last few weeks the level of interest we’ve received has been even higher than the beginning of the year.”
With weekly inquiries up an average of 37% vs January 2020, it’s no wonder we’ve also seen an influx of accepted offers. “The buyer market is definitely still there,” says John, “we’ve accepted offers with a value of £20,000 all the way up to £2 million across all sectors. From online companies to local catering businesses, it just goes to show that there is still interest there for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
