Martin brings a wealth of commercial experience to Intelligent, having worked in both major corporate organisations and independently owned businesses.

After building his early career in corporate environments across the UK, he moved into business ownership in 2007, establishing and developing a number of his own businesses.

That experience has given Martin a practical understanding of what it takes to build, manage and grow a business, along with the challenges and decisions owners face along the way. Having experienced those responsibilities first-hand, he brings an owner's perspective to his work, recognising that the value of a business goes beyond its financial performance and that decisions about its future are rarely straightforward.
