Since establishment in 2010 this nursery school has been providing a supportive and safe environment in which early years children can explore the world around them.

Catering to 2-5 year olds, the nursery currently has 20 children in attendance and a capacity for 30.

Presently open every morning during term time we also have two days that run into the afternoon. All sessions offer a range of activities that cover all areas of the EYFS but especially after this difficult year, the business is very focussed on the children's social and language skills.

For a new buyer opening every afternoon and/or full day sessions would inevitably result in increased financial takings. As the nursery is not currently operating at full capacity, there is opportunity for more children to be enrolled. This could increase even further as the landlord is keen to discuss with any potential buyer the expansion of the premises, with a potential for a forest school.

There are 5 staff employed at the nursery, all of whom hold appropriate qualifications from NVQ 3 to 5. All staff possess invaluable experience and a genuine interest regarding the progress of attending children. Their creativity in teaching and dedication to catering to the specific developmental needs of each child are strengths which have consistently received high praise from parents.

The vast outdoor area is used as much as possible in both play and learning. One of the most enjoyable of the outdoor play activities is the weekly session with Rugby Tots. The children's learning is enhanced by our ability to incorporate the environment that is around us. Skills such as teamwork are developed as the children work in small groups.

Potential exists for a new owner to develop the nursery in various ways. One possible way is the landlord is keen to open up an adjoining site so that the children would be able to incorporate many aspects of Forest School learning into the curriculum.

Another is in regard to opening hours. Opening in the afternoon to offer only afternoon or full day sessions would inevitably result in increased financial takings. As the nursery is not currently operating at full capacity, there is opportunity for more children to be enrolled.
